Wills and Probate Training Courses

Franchisees are required to attend a one day training in taking basic instructions for wills and how to identify the the requirements of clients who require more complex will writing services.

Training courses are available at selected venues throughout the United Kingdom. Usually we train between 10 and 20 new franchisees at one time.

The basic training to take instructions for simple wills includes a glossary of terms, practise filling out the instruction form, identifying key signs that the client has more complex requirements, how to refer complex cases to our panel of experts, and finally a multiple choice test you must pass to receive your Certificate of Competency.

Once you have completed a number of simple wills you will be invited to attend additional training so that you can offer clients a wider range of products and services.

The will training which is worth more than £2,000 is included in your franchise fee of just £200.
