At Will Writing Franchise we believe that your success is our success. If you are accepted as a franchisee we commit to helping and supporting you to grow your will writing franchise into a successful business that you can will on to your spouse or children.

We encourage all franchisees to work together in a spirit of co-operation, to attend local training sessions, open evenings and national corporate events. We also encourage all new franchisees to visit the company head offices and meet the corporate team who will be supporting you with your business.

When you start your franchise you will be allocated a centralised contact as well as a local sponsor who will work with you to get you started. This could include shadowing you on your first appointments and just being there if you need any questions answering.

Your sponsor will be someone who is already running a successful franchise with us and they will be rewarded by the company for helping your business become more profitable. In turn once your business is established we may ask you to sponsor other new franchisees into the business and support them. You may also introduce new franchisees through our sponsoring system if you know other people in the UK who also want to run their own will writing franchise.

Open evenings are happening throughout the UK which we encourage all franchisees to attend where possible to keep up to date on any developments within the company and also bring along anyone else who may want to hear about the franchise opportunity.

Training events will keep you up to date with new products and services and give you the knowledge to speak with confidence about the products and services available through the franchise. It is also a great opportunity to meet other franchise owners and corporate staff.

National events are the best opportunity for team building and networking. We strongly advise that all Will Writing franchise owners attend every national event. You will have chance to meet other franchise owners from all over the UK and hear what is working best for them in their business. You will also hear from executives in the corporation and experts in the field. In addition to personal development it’s also a great time to party!

At the Will Writing Franchise we believe in having fun doing business. We all work independently but very much as part of a team. This often includes arranging to go out in the evening to restaurants, bars, the cinema, bowling, river cruises, the races, and much more.
